Hi Everyone
I blew my diet on Tuesday and Wednesday. Old habits prevailed. Tons of candy from the candy dishes. To add insult to injury, when I got home I didn’t do much better. Many fistfuls of Goldfish and cookies. I feel terrible about it.
So I have to ask myself why.
- I didn’t journal on Tuesday or Wednesday. Perhaps journaling could have prevented or limited the binge.
- I’m sick.
- Work is stressful.
- Home is stressful.
So, today I’ll journal and hopefully prevent a recurrence.
