Cellulite War: Mid-Week Check-In

Hi Everyone

This week I was sick and didn’t really exercise too much, although I must admit that one of the benefits of being sick is that my appetite is low.

I’ll weigh and measure myself Satuday morning to see where I’m at.

I’ve added dry brushing to my morning routine. I’ve tried two brushes that I had in the house. One has natural bristels, but a short handle and the other has nylon bristels and a long handle. Overall, I like the long-handled one better because I can control it better, but I don’t feel like I have enough control with either of them on my butt. So, I might look for another brush, maybe one that has a strap on the brush-head. In any case, I haven’t noticed my cellulite going away, but my skin feels a lot softer and I like the tingly feeling that dry brushing gives me.

I also do my feet, calves, hands, arms, back, everything! It’s supposed to get the lymph circulating.

I’ve also found this neat website where consumers rate weight loss products and there’s one on there called Miracle Slim Wrap.

It sounds too good to be true, but there’s tons of testimonials about it working. I’m tempted to try it out or to make my own DIY wrap since I hate spending money on anything that I feel I can do myself.

I’ve never had a spa cellulite treatment, but I understand that spas use special wraps too.

Has anyone gotten results by using Miracle Slim Wrap, or any home or spa wrap? And if so, what was the process of applying it?

Thanks for reading and your comments!!!!
