Hi Everyone
I started the Fat Flush Plan on Monday. I picked up the The Fat Flush Plan from the library the other day.
So far, I’m following it to the letter with the exception of the coffee. I’ve cut down to 2 cups per day, from 3 or 4. I was a little concerned with how I would be without it.
On Monday, I had great energy and felt fantastic. But by Tuesday about 3pm, I felt so out-of-it, unfocused and lethargic that I really felt like the only thing that could help me was a nap. (But of course, I couldn’t take a nap in the middle of the day at work!)
By 7pm, when preparing my daughter’s dinner and doing some light cleaning, it took me twice as long because I was so mentally scattered. My daughter had to ask me for an apple several times because I kept forgetting what I needed to do.
I didn’t workout this morning (Wed), I felt like I could probably use the rest. In the morning I felt ok, still a little off and right now, which is 1pm EST and about 1 hour after lunch, I’m feeling pretty darn good. (Hooray!)
Don’t know what’s going on, but I’m excited to get on the scale this weekend and to see if there’s any improvement in my cellulite and saddlebags.
You can see my plea for help posted at the Fat Flush forum on iVillage.

Can you believe there is a whole forum for Fat Flush? I was so excited when I found it. In fact, there’s all types of great forums at iVillage.
Thanks for reading

I just found your blog and I wish you much success..I don’t recall seeing anything about this on your blog but have you tried using coffee grounds and the saran qrap method? I was wondering if you had any results from it..

Thanks for the tip and the encouragement! I’ve read about the coffee grounds recently and it sounds pretty funny, rubbing coffee on my butt. It would certainly be economical since my husband and I drink coffee everyday. I haven’t tried it yet though, although I’m open to it.
I’m still trying to get over the mental hurdle of how much time wrapping myself would actually take. I know it probably wouldn’t take too much time once I got started, but I’m stalling for some reason.
