Whoa! After following The Fat Flush Plan for 5 days, I’ve definitely lost weight. Here’s the latest:
- Weight: 124lb
- Waist: 26.5″
- Hips: 37″
- Rt.Thigh: 21.25″
- Lft. Thigh: 21″
The last time I took measurements and weight was on 4/25/09. They were:
- Weight: 128lbs
- Waist: 27.5″
- Hips: 37.5″
- Rt.Thigh: 21.5″
- Left Thigh: 21.25″
Here’s the difference: Weight -4lbs; Waist -1″; Hips: -.5″; Rt.Thigh -.25″; Lft.Thigh -.25″

I followed the plan almost to the letter, with the exception of coffee, diet soda, sugarless gum and a few hard candies at work. Sounds like I made a lot of exceptions, but it really is not as bad as it seems.
I’ve lost weight, but I still have that stubborn cellulite. I think it might be getting a little better (I certainly hope so after the effort I’ve been putting in over the 2 months), but for me I either have it or I don’t and right now I still have it.
I’m happy with the results of The Fat Flush Planand after a few adjustments in how much I was eating (I wasn’t eating enough and felt lousy) I feel very good. See previous post from this week about the details:
So, I’m sticking to the plan until further notice.
I also need to give an honorable mention to the great message board at iVillage on The Fat Flush Plan. The responses that I got were helpful by letting me know that I wasn’t in this alone. Here’s the link to the message board:
