Hi Everyone
Per my usual behavior, I did great all last week and let loose on the weekend when we had some friends over. (Too many drinks) It wasn’t as bad as it could have been, and I actually had some restraint, but I’m wondering how to better control myself in social situations. My thought is that if I don’t overcome this behavior, I will never reach my goal.
I think I need to look at a post that I wrote a few weeks ago and take my own advice. Here’s the link:
It’s all about being aware of what’s going in my mouth. Chew slowly, measure portions and take a break to journal.
I need to follow my own advice.
On a different note, I went to Walmart today to buy Saran Wrap. My Mother’s Day present to myself is that I’m going to wrap myself. Sounds so silly, but hey if it works…
I still haven’t decided what kind of cream or lotion I’m going to use, so I’ll need to figure that out. I might go the coffee grounds method.
Has anyone has any success with coffee grounds?

Thanks for the compliment. I’m glad you like my website. Yes, I will post before and after pics and measurements after the wrap experiment. I’m planning to do it on Saturday 5/9, so stay tuned!

Oh – I was talking about during the process so I could see how you’re doing it. Before and after works too. Are you expecting immediate results? That would be awesome!!!

Oh, whoops. Hopefully, I described in enough detail how I went about it (and enough on how to avoid some of the mistakes I made).
